1. First check the machine and start it.
2. Before starting the punch press, clean the work bench.

4. If abnormality is found in the press, immediately turn off the power and check it.
5. The punching force must be verified and overloaded.
6. When installing or removing the mold, the power must be turned off.
7. When rushing, the hands and feet are not allowed to be placed on the hand and foot gate to prevent accidents.
8. Before the knife edge wears out before the burr exceeds the standard, sharpen the knife edge.
9. When removing the mold, it must be done in the mold clamping state.
10. Love stamping equipment, dies, tools, gauges and instruments. After the work is completed, the mold and punch should be wiped clean and ready.
11. Stop at the end of the job, shut off the power supply, wipe the machine, and clean up the environment.
