Customized Metal Sequin Fabric , Metallic Table Cloth made of the flexible aluminum flakes and rings, is a new kind of decorative materials in inner design or clothing design in industrial applications.

It can divided into five kinds according to the diameter of the flakes, which are: 3mm, 4mm, 6mm and 8mm.

There are four kinds of surface processing, they are oxidization, printing ink, imaginary color coating and grit coating.

The sequins size of it: we have the 3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm,8mm and 10mm
Our common size of the panels: our common panel is 1.5m*0.45m for one piece. And we also supply this kind of mesh in sq meters.

The surface treatment:

We have the galvanization, painting, colors of the rainbow, and frosting.

Work flow:

We buy the material(aluminum alloy tapes) according to the sequin’s size/
Then stamping the tapes to the spider shape
Now it is the most important step——Weaving Net, after the machine stamping the Al tapes, this sequin will be delivered to the weaving net area to joint with the rings, each rings are combine with 4 sequins.
When finish the weaving net, then it is the one panel(1.5*0.45m)
The following is cleaning the oil stain in a big pool (about 5 minutes.)Then we will clean the mesh with the water, coloring, cleaning, and then hang to dry.
If you want the common size, then we have done in this step, but if you want the sq meters, we have to joint the mesh by manual work.
