Stainless steel extruder screen for extruder machine


Extruder Screen Description

20 mesh circle screens plain steel 16", 12", 8",6", 5.188", 1.5" 5 1/8" 20 and 40 mesh melt screen for a 4 1/2" extruder.
0.50-0.625 dia. s.s. screen with and w/o frame for air to circulate. 4 1/2" diameter circle, 20 mesh, .016" plain steel, extruder screen.

Stainless steel SUS304 wire mesh filter, Circle shape (1 layer).

 

OD 58mm: Mesh 20, 40, 60.
OD 68mm: Mesh 20, 40, 60, 80.
OD 170mm: Mesh 14, 80.
OD 200mm: Mesh 20, 80.
OD 240mm: Mesh 20, 80.


Circle extruder screens benefits:

1. Smooth screening surface with no sharp edges, burrs or acute angles.
