Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Descriptiom

 

Micron stainless steel wire mesh is a surface filter type medium. It is made by weaving a specific metal wire into a predetermined pattern to form holes of different shapes and sizes. Plain weave, twill square, plain Dutch and twill Dutch are common weave patterns.

The multi-layer micron metal mesh is formed by sintering two or more layers (2-12 layers) of stainless steel wire mesh, which is then compressed and sintered together in a vacuum. Its micron grade ranges from 0.5 microns to 300 microns.

3) Weaving: plain weave, twill weave; Dutch pure Dutch weave, Dutch twill weave.
