Continous Belt Screen Filter Mesh Description

132x17 mesh -one type famouse screen changer belt mesh

 the market need a lot of , we have some stock .


High Tensile Warp wire for Auto-Screen changers used in the Plastic Extrusion Industry for PP, PE, ABS, PS, PMMA and other materials.

Stainless Steel Reverse Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh (RPD) is woven using two sizes of wire. Smaller wires are used in the warp direction and are woven with a larger shute wire. The smaller wires are woven tightly together, providing a tight mesh for filtering. The larger wire provides strength to the mesh. The primary uses of this wire cloth are filtration and separation of liquid and slurry products.


Continous Belt Screen Filter Mesh Specifications

Material: Stainless steel 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L or copper wires
Roll Width: 67mm, 95mm, 97mm, 127mm, 133mm, 150mm, 157mm, 300mm, 400mm, etc.
Roll Length: 10 meters or 20 meters as standard

The weaving stype we have reverse dutch plain and twill . Normally the belt we adopt is reverse dutch twill weave ( RDTW or TDRW ) is similiar weaving to dutch weave except the warp and weft wire are reversed .The warp wire is smaller and closely spaced than the weft wire  which is relatively is bigger .
