Extruder Screens - perfect Solution to Filtration problems


Extruder Screens, also called wire mesh filter disc screen, screen filter disc, is made of metal wire mesh, such as galvanized wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh, black iron cloth. The operation principle of filter discs is to separate or screen one substance from another. Thus, you can remove unwanted contaminants from fluid, air, or solid. According to the raw material, filter disc can be divided into stainless steel filter disc, copper filter disc, black wire cloth filter disc and sintered filter disc. According to the layer counts, filter disc can be divided into single layer filter disc, double layer filter disc and multiple layers filter disc. According to the edge treatment, filter disc can be divided into no edge filter disc, wrapping edge filter disc, spot welding filter disc. According to the forming structure, filter disc can be divided into woven mesh filter disc, perforated filter disc and expanded filter disc.

Filter disc materials: black wire cloth, stainless steel wire, copper wire, phosphor bronze wire, brass wire, galvanized steel wire, aluminum wire, etc.
Wire diameters: 0.01-6.00 mm.
Disc diameters: 5-600 mm.
Disc shapes: round (diameter 44-600 mm), ring (inner diameter 18-50 mm, outer diameter 50-350 mm), rectangular (length 60-400 mm, width 50-100 mm), crescent, semicircle, square, oval, abnormal shape, etc.
Weaving types: plain weave, twilled weave, dutch weave, plain dutch, twilled dutch, etc.
Layers: single layer or multiple layers.
Edge processing methods: spot welding, wrapping edge or no edge processing.
Marginal materials: stainless steel, copper, aluminum, rubber, etc.
Filter precision: 0.1-300 µm.
Usage:
Extruder Screens/ Screen Filters are mainly used in screening and separation in mine, coal, grain, medicine
ceramic, glass, food, scientific research, petroleum, chemical industry, machinery
manufacturing, ship and automobiles to delete the mist drop or liquid foam;
used as air filter in cars and trucks, in filtration of high molecular polymer, long fiber short fiber meltdown in thin film production, also drugs, hydrauic oil, disposal of water, hot gas, etc.
